Ultraveg

ULTRAVEG is a 2 year R+D project that is being funded by the EC’s Seventh Framework Programme under “Research for SMEs”. ULTRAVEG aims to develop a cost effective, easily scalable and versatile pre-treatment method to accelerate and assist the food drying/dehydration process and preserve the quality of the foodstuff by drying at lower temperatures.

Project Start

The ULTRAVEG project officially started on 1st Sept. 2008. The Kick Off Meeting was held in Ankara, Turkey on 17th and 18th September and was hosted by GOKSER Makina Sanayi Ticaret LTD STI, the project coordinators.
